Originally from Palm Beach Florida, Greg discovered Cabo back in 1981 as a Boat Captain on luxury Sport Fishing Yachts chasing big Marlin & Tuna up and down the coast between California and Panama. The first time he came around the Arch and anchored in Cabo Bay in 1981, he fell in love with the area and has made it his home ever since.

In 1996, Greg became involved in Los Cabos’ rapidly growing sector of resort & residential development & sales as the area grew into a major tourist destination. Since then Greg has worked as project director, sales manager, and marketing consultant to many of Los Cabos largest developers, as well as sales manager of Baja’s California Sur’s largest Real Estate Brokerage.

As a veteran 44 year resident, Greg’s had the amazing experience of watching Cabo grow from a small fishing village in 1981, into the world renown resort & residential destination it’s become today.
